We are hiring CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Type: Full-Time (100% Field Job)

Key Responsibilities:
Field visits to identify prospective borrowers & Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
Handling the loan lifecycle (KYC, documentation, and disbursement).
Ensuring timely collection of loan installments.
Building strong community relationships.
Location - have to relocate within 50-100km from home location
Experience: Freshers welcome! (Prior field sales/banking experience is a plus).
Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
