Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who can effectively assist customers, provide remote product demonstrations, address customer queries, and convert prospects into paying customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills to showcase product benefits and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful product adoption.
Product Demonstration
- Conduct live remote product demonstrations via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or other online platforms.
- Explain product features, benefits, and use cases clearly.
- Customize demonstrations based on customer requirements and business needs.
- Answer customer questions and handle objections confidently.
Sales & Conversion Support
- Convince prospective customers of the value and benefits of the product.
- Assist in converting leads into paying customers.
- Follow up on demo participants and interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
Training & Knowledge Management
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends.
- Educate customers on best practices for product usage.
- Prepare and maintain demo materials and FAQs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Product Demonstration roles.
- Experience in SaaS, Mobile Applications, ERP, CRM, Salon Management Software, or Technology Products is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of computer applications and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
- Ability to conduct online product demonstrations using video conferencing tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-centric attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of product demonstrations conducted per month.
- Customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Monthly revenue generated through demo conversions.
- Customer retention and renewal rate.
- Response and resolution time for customer queries.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
