About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager – Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, successful adoption, and long-term retention of clients using our influencer marketing platform. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, maximizing platform usage, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for account growth and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth implementation of the platform.
* Conduct product demos, user training, and onboarding sessions.
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
* Build strong relationships with marketing teams, agencies, and brand stakeholders.
* Ensure clients are actively using the platform and deriving measurable value.
* Provide strategic guidance on influencer discovery, campaign planning, and platform features.
* Monitor client health, usage, and satisfaction.
* Resolve client queries by coordinating with product, tech, and support teams.
* Drive contract renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
* Conduct regular business reviews and performance presentations.
* Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve the platform.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, renewals, and account health in the CRM.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Servicing, or Digital Marketing.
* Experience working with SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, influencer marketing, or digital platforms.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
* Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
* Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
* Agency or influencer marketing experience.
* Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and campaign workflows.
* Experience managing enterprise or corporate clients.
* Ability to interpret campaign reports and platform analytics.
