Student Growth & Engagement
Towards this end, be the approachable guide for the students and the mentors
who are handling the students.
Provide counselling, guidance and support to students and curate an
enriching learning journey.
Be the anchor on ground and garner support from the enabler functions (program
design, product, Campus enablement & governance teams and people operations)towards your student growth objectives.
Mentor enablement
● Mentor/ guide and manage a team of academic mentors on campus to drive
the necessary outcomes on campus.
● Integrate the mentors into the vision, invest in their growth, and inspire them
to cascade the program vision/outcomes and growth effectively.
● Help schedule, plan, and effectively utilize mentors for the delivery of the
program on the campus.
Operational Excellence
● Ensure smooth execution of the program on the assigned campus
- clearly following the slated SOPs of the various processes in the program.
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective
program operations.
● Manage on-ground operations for assessments, events and other program-
related activities.
Qualification: Master’s degree in any related management field with relevant
experience
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
