Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive the sales operations of our immigration consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, increasing revenue, improving conversion rates, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual business targets. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience in immigration consultancy or overseas education sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Immigration Consultants.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Drive lead conversion through effective sales planning, coaching, and performance management.
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, conversion ratios, and revenue trends to improve performance.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure accurate CRM management and timely follow-up on all leads.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical immigration sales practices.
- Stay updated with immigration programs and market trends for major destinations such as Canada, Australia, the UK, Europe, New Zealand, and the USA.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
