Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated ANM / GNM Staff Nurse with at least 1 year of hospital experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Work rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.
Requirements
- GNM / ANM qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 1 year of hospital experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle emergencies.
