Requirements typically include a graduate degree and ECCE/NTT/Montessori training.
- Curriculum Implementation: Executing daily teaching plans and activities based on Learning.
- Classroom Management: Maintaining an organized, safe, and nurturing environment for young learners.
- Child Development: Fostering intellectual, emotional, and social skills through age-appropriate techniques.
- Parent Communication: Providing regular updates on student progress and wellbeing.
- Student Supervision: Ensuring the safety and supervision of children at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Montessori training, or NTT.
- Experience: 2+ years preferably with experience in preschool settings.
- Communication: Strong proficiency in English.
- Qualities: Passionate about child development, patient, flexible, and capable of working in a team.
