- Operate CNC machines (Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC, etc.).
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Set tools and offsets as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments if required.
- Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Ensure quality standards are met for all manufactured parts.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean and organized (5S compliance).
- Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and production concerns to the supervisor.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of experience in CNC machine operation.
- Knowledge of CNC Turning and Milling operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
