Aartaa Decor is looking for a sincere and hardworking Product Assembly Worker to assist our designers and production team in assembling premium chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, lamps, decorative products, and custom lighting installations.

Product Assembly Worker / Lighting Assembly Helper
Location: 26B, Christopher Rd, Seal Lane, Entally, Kolkata, West Bengal 700046
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist designers and production supervisors in assembling luxury lighting and décor products.
- Assemble chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, table lamps, and decorative items according to drawings and instructions.
- Fit glass, crystals, metal parts, chains, electrical holders, wires, and decorative components carefully.
- Help with product inspection, testing, cleaning, packing, loading, and installation preparation.
- Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, spanners, drills, measuring tapes, and cutting tools.
- Support electricians, fabricators, polish workers, and designers during product development.
- Ensure all parts are fitted securely and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop.
- Handle delicate glass, crystal, brass, and decorative components safely.
- Follow workplace safety and quality-control procedures.
- Assist during on-site installation when required.
Required Skills
- Basic experience in assembly, electrical work, lighting, furniture, metalwork, fabrication, or similar workshop activities.
- Ability to understand measurements and follow instructions.
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
- Good attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling products safely.
- Willingness to learn luxury lighting assembly and installation work.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Chandelier or lighting assembly
- Electrical wiring
- Furniture assembly
- Metal fabrication
- Glass or crystal fitting
- Decorative product manufacturing
- Product packing and installation
Freshers with a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
