Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies for multiple brands.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Research industry trends and develop creative campaign ideas.
- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators for timely campaign execution.
- Manage and coordinate SEO strategies, action plans, and execution with the SEO team.
- Monitor keyword rankings, website performance, and SEO progress.
- Work on On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, and AI Optimization (AIO/GEO).
- Collaborate with developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, search engine updates, and AI-driven marketing strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in SEO planning and execution.
- Knowledge of AI Optimization (AIO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and modern search trends.
- Excellent script writing and storytelling skills for social media content.
- Experience creating content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Agency experience is an added advantage.
