Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Specialist Orthodontist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental and facial irregularities, providing high-quality orthodontic care, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for orthodontic patients.
- Provide orthodontic treatments including braces, aligners, retainers, and other corrective appliances.
- Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, oral hygiene, and appliance care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and infection control standards.
Requirements
- MDS in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
- Valid registration with the relevant Dental Council.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
- Experience preferred; motivated fresh specialists may also apply.
