Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
- Supervise housekeeping, facility management, and office maintenance activities.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of office supplies and services.
- Monitor administrative budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
- Coordinate office infrastructure, asset management, and workplace facilities.
- Handle employee accommodation, travel arrangements, guest management, and event coordination as required.
- Lead and develop the administration team to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in administration and facility management.
- Strong leadership, vendor management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
