Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience with CNC machining, measuring instruments, and quality inspection procedures while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC turning, milling, or machining center machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Load raw materials and ensure proper machine setup before production.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
- Replace worn cutting tools and maintain tooling as required.
- Record production data and quality inspection results accurately.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any equipment issues.
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S).
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machinist, Turner, or a related trade.
- 1–5 years of experience operating CNC machines.
- Knowledge of CNC Turning and/or CNC Milling operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T basics.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
