Interior Coordinator (5+ Years Experience)
Location : Manjeri
We are seeking an experienced Interior Coordinator to manage and coordinate interior projects from design to execution, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and seamless communication among all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interior project execution with designers, site teams, vendors, and clients.
- Review and prepare detailed drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure timely procurement and installation of materials and modular fittings.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide technical support during execution.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the interior industry.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, modular fittings, and interior detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and interior drafting.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
