Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle employee onboarding and induction programs
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Manage employee engagement activities and welfare programs
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in HR or similar role
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HR software (HRMS/ATS systems)
- Basic understanding of payroll and compliance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹15,850.36 - ₹19,141.10 per month
