We work closely with architects, interior designers, and developers to help build beautiful, functional, and future-ready environments.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Experienced Sales Executive to join our team for field and showroom sales of premium aluminium windows and doors. The role involves meeting homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend inquiries received through the showroom, phone calls, website, and other lead sources.
- Meet clients, explain aluminium window and door systems professionally, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements before sharing project details with the backend team for quotations.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate to close orders.
- Generate new business through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and showroom walk-ins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners.
- Coordinate with the backend and operations teams for quotations, order processing, and project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
- Travel across Mumbai and nearby suburbs for client meetings and site visits.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in aluminium windows, doors, building materials, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and email communication.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
Salary & Incentives:
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)
- Performance-linked incentives after successful completion of the 3-month probation period.
- Travel allowance for field visits.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Office Location: C- 27, AluK home by Nucraft, Durian Estate, Goregaon East, Mumbai - 400063.
