To manage the day-to-day financial transactions and administrative workflows of our firm. In this role, you will handle complete book-keeping, coordinate bank transactions, manage cash flows, and ensure regular statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely invoicing and tracking outstanding payments.
- Perform regular monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems for all financial vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
2. Banking & Treasury Operations
- Prepare documentation for bank transactions, including creating cheques and filling out RTGS/NEFT/IMPS forms.
- Coordinate directly with bank officials for account maintenance, resolving transaction issues, and updating paperwork.
- Monitor daily cash flow and manage petty cash accounts.
3. GST & Statutory Compliance
- Organize and prepare necessary data for monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS computations.
- Coordinate with the company's external Auditor or Chartered Accountant (CA) for monthly filings and annual tax audits.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
