What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the technical direction of our Salesforce platform.
- Design scalable enterprise solutions.
- Simplify existing architecture and reduce technical debt.
- Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and modern Salesforce technologies.
- Improve security, permissions, and platform governance.
- Design and review integrations with enterprise applications.
- Implement DevOps best practices, Git, CI/CD, and release management.
- Produce clear solution architecture and technical documentation.
- Mentor administrators and developers.
- Partner directly with business leaders to solve real business problems.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience leading or owning enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, integrations, and Salesforce security.
- Experience with Git and Salesforce DevOps.
- Experience simplifying complex Salesforce environments.
- Excellent communication and English speaking.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I required. Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly regarded.
- Experience with Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) and Azure DevOps is a strong advantage.

Contract or Full-Time
We're open to both experienced consultants and candidates looking for a permanent opportunity.
Many great long-term hires begin by working together on a consulting basis. If there's a strong mutual fit, we're happy to discuss a permanent leadership role.
