We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, handling documentation, data entry, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Manage office documents, files, and reports.
Prepare invoices, quotations, and other business documents.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Maintain databases and update information regularly.
Assist in loan, subsidy, and project documentation (if applicable).
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support management with administrative tasks.
Ensure confidentiality of company information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic computer and internet skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience in data entry or office administration.
Knowledge of GST billing, documentation, and record keeping.
Experience with CRM or ERP software is an advantage.
Salary
As per company standards and experience.
Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
