Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth through B2B inside sales for IT and software solutions. This is an individual contributor role involving lead engagement, client interaction, solution pitching, online product demonstrations, and deal closure. The position offers strong learning and long-term career growth in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B inside sales activities for IT and software solutions
- Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions
- Conduct online product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Support negotiations and close deals as per assigned targets
- Maintain accurate sales and lead data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or IT/Software Sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and convert leads into sales
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in an IT sales career
