We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher who loves working with young children. The ideal candidate should create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment while supporting every child's emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development through activity-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Create a positive, nurturing, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Teach using interactive methods such as stories, rhymes, games, art, music, and hands-on activities.
- Encourage children's creativity, curiosity, confidence, and communication skills.
- Support children's emotional, physical, social, and cognitive development.
- Maintain classroom discipline with kindness and positive reinforcement.
- Observe and assess each child's progress and maintain records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.
- Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, parent meetings, and training sessions.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and support staff.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
