Role Description
Sidrons is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a field-intensive role focused on promoting premium tiles and surface products.
Key Responsibilities
1 Actively engage in field sales and client meetings across assigned regions
2 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B and commercial segments
3 Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients
4 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
5 Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
6 Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
7 Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
8 Represent the Sidrons brand and promote premium tile and surface products Qualifications
1 Strong business development and sales experience
2 Mandatory experience in field sales
3 Proven ability to identify new business opportunities
4 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
5 Experience in sales strategy and market research
6 Ability to meet targets and drive growth
7 Willingness to work on-site in Delhi & Bangalore
8 Experience in tiles, surface materials, or sanitary fittings industry will be an added advantage
Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
