Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. The workday includes iterative testing, evaluation, and enhancement of model outputs to ensure they meet the desired performance standards within targeted applications. Collaboration with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals is also a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong understanding of instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation approaches.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and perform data preprocessing for model training.
- Familiarity with evaluation metrics to assess model performance and relevance.
- Capability to troubleshoot and optimize model behavior in diverse application scenarios.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
