Were looking for a marketing professional who can operate across both strategy and execution. This role requires someone who can think structurally, move fast, and take end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives, from ideation to execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Campaign Management
● Drive end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives.
2. Brand Building & Positioning
● Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across platform.
● Contribute to campaigns, launches, and initiatives that strengthen brand presence
3. Content & Social Media
● Plan and oversee content across platforms such as LinkedIn,Instagram etc.
● Take initiative in early-stage content editing to ensure quality and brand alignment
4. Marketing Execution
● Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels ● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when required ● Assist in managing shoots, creatives, and on-ground execution
5. AI-Led Marketing Efficiency
● Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI etc.) to enhance content, research, and workflows 6. Performance Tracking & Insights
● Track key metrics (engagement, reach, leads) across campaigns and platforms
● Share structured insights and recommendations to improve performance 7. Market Research & Insight. Stay updated on trends across marketing, branding, and digital ecosystems
● Bring new ideas for campaigns, positioning, and growth opportunities
Candidate Requirements
● 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, content, or similar roles
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Understanding of social media platforms and content dynamics
● Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI) for content and workflow efficiency
● Basic proficiency in graphic design and video editing to support content quality and creative execution
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
