About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving apartment sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by representing projects from reputed builders and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and broker networks.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations for prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential apartment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and developers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into successful sales closures.
- Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with builders, banks, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with reputed builders and residential projects.
- Established network of channel partners and brokers.
- Knowledge of home loan processes and real estate documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
