Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will drive the institution's admissions marketing and brand visibility efforts from student enrollment campaigns to media buying, newspaper tie-ups, and digital marketing. This is a hands-on role requiring strong market execution capabilities in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting student admissions across UG, PG, and PhD programs.
- Identify and tie up with newspapers, digital platforms, and outdoor media vendors; negotiate rates and release schedules.
- Manage advertising budgets, media planning, and campaign ROI tracking.
- Coordinate with print media, digital agencies, and educational portals for visibility and lead generation.
- Build school, junior college, and coaching center outreach networks to drive enrollment pipelines.
- Organize educational fairs, admission open days, and outreach events.
- Manage the institution's brand communication — social media, website, brochures, and advertising creatives.
Eligibility
- MBA (Marketing) or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in marketing preferably in the education sector, media, or advertising.
- Hands-on experience in media buying, print advertising negotiations, and campaign management.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Digital marketing knowledge including SEO, social media advertising, and email/SMS campaigns.
- Excellent English communication written and verbal.
Key Conditions
- Candidates from West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, and North-East states will not be considered.
- Minimum 3-year written commitment mandatory.
