Role: Customer Support Executive
Experience: More than 1 Year in Customer Support / Telecalling
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding the company's software products.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations for interested leads and customers.
- Maintain customer records and follow up to maximize conversions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong communication in English and Hindi.
- Basic Knowledge in Computer, CRM, and ERP tools.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
