Position: Australian Mortgage Lead Generation Executive
We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our Australian Mortgage team. The ideal candidate will assist in processing mortgage applications, coordinating with brokers and lenders, and ensuring compliance with Australian lending standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Australian home loan applications from submission to settlement.
- Review loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify customer income, employment, assets, liabilities, and credit-related documents.
- Liaise with mortgage brokers, lenders, solicitors, valuers, and clients to obtain required documentation.
- Prepare and update loan files using CRM and lender portals.
- Monitor loan progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Ensure all applications comply with Australian lending policies and internal quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets while adhering to turnaround times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in the Australian Mortgage Process (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Good understanding of mortgage processing, documentation, and loan lifecycle is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Australian lender portals and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Australian mortgage products and lending guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
