Responsibilities:
International Non- Voice (Chat process ) II Excellent English Communication
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via chat/ calls.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
- Use CRM tools effectively.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
- Candidates with prior Customer support or Sales experience.
Qualifications: PUC (12th)/ Diploma (3years) / undergraduates / BE / B.Tech and graduates from any stream are eligible to apply
Candidates with prior relevant (BPO) experience considered
AGE CRITERIA- 30-33 years max
Salary Range: 3.25 LPA
