Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Caretaker to manage and maintain the property premises. The candidate will be required to stay at the property and handle day-to-day maintenance and supervision activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the property
- Handle basic maintenance and repair coordination
- Take care of gardening and outdoor areas
- Monitor property safety and daily operations
- Coordinate with workers/vendors whenever required
- Ensure smooth functioning of utilities and property facilities
- Report any issues or damages immediately
Requirements
- Responsible and disciplined candidate
- Comfortable with stay-in job role
- Basic maintenance and supervision knowledge preferred
- Physically active and hardworking
- Prior caretaker/watchman experience preferred
Important Details
- Candidate must stay on the property premises
- Accommodation will be provided
- 24/7 availability required for property supervision
