Core Responsibilities
- Instruction & Curriculum: Plan and deliver engaging English and literature lessons aligned with boards like CBSE, ICSE, or IGCSE.
- Skill Development: Build strong foundations in grammar, vocabulary, critical thinking, and communication.
- Assessments: Grade assignments, create tests, and evaluate student academic progress to provide constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment conducive to student participation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with other educators and communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance. [1, 2]
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in English or a related field (B.A./M.A.) is typically required, alongside a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- Experience: Prior teaching experience (often 1 to 5+ years) in middle, secondary, or primary school is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong spoken and written English, excellent classroom management, and organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
