Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer with strong AI expertise and hands-on experience creating high-quality, ultra-realistic AI-generated videos for brands, particularly in the FMCG and consumer products space.
The ideal candidate should have strong motion design fundamentals along with the ability to use generative AI tools for video creation, visual development, animation, and creative experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, product videos, social media videos, reels, and digital campaigns.
- Develop ultra-realistic AI-generated videos and visual content for FMCG and consumer brands.
- Use AI tools for video generation, image-to-video, text-to-video, product visualisation, character/scene generation, and creative enhancement.
- Develop creative concepts and translate static brand ideas into dynamic visual stories.
- Create realistic product shots, food visuals, pack shots, environments, simulations, transitions, and cinematic sequences using AI and traditional tools.
- Collaborate with creative, design, content, strategy, and social media teams to develop campaign assets.
- Ensure visual output is aligned with brand guidelines, product details, storytelling, and campaign objectives.
- Experiment with emerging AI video and creative technologies to improve quality, speed, and creative possibilities.
- Handle projects from concept and storyboard to final animation/video delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, video design, or a similar creative role.
- Strong experience working with FMCG, food, lifestyle, consumer, or product-based brands.
- Proven experience creating ultra-realistic AI-generated videos for commercial/brand applications.
- Strong understanding of motion design, composition, cinematography, lighting, transitions, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, along with relevant AI video/image generation tools.
- Strong understanding of generative AI workflows, including prompt development, image-to-video, text-to-video, visual consistency, and creative iteration.
- Ability to create realistic product and food visuals, including accurate packaging, textures, materials, lighting, and environments.
- Strong creative eye with attention to detail, realism, composition, and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Portfolio – Mandatory
Candidates must share a strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating:
- Ultra-realistic AI-generated videos
- Motion graphics & animation
- FMCG / product-based work
- Food/product visualisation
- AI-assisted commercial videos
- Social media campaigns/reels
Candidates without relevant AI video and FMCG/product work may not be considered.
