Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective candidates about our programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the CRM.
Eligibility:
- 0–4 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Good communication in English and any one of the following languages:
- Tamil
- Malayalam
- Hindi
- Bengali
- Assamese
- Odia
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
