Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Assist in passing journal entries and voucher entries.
- Support in maintaining purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Help in bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
2. Excel & Data Management
- Prepare MIS reports using Excel.
- Maintain data sheets for expenses, payments, and receivables.
- Use formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, etc.
- Analyze financial data and generate summary reports.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper filing of invoices and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS data preparation.
- Support during audits by preparing required schedules.
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals.
- Follow up with vendors/customers for required documents.
