- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software systems to optimize performance and maintainability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: React.js, API Testing, Angular.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
