Main Responsibilities
- Customer handling: Greet walk-ins at the showroom, understand budget, usage needs, and riding preferences
- Product pitching: Explain features, variants, mileage, EMI options, and compare models like Honda, Bajaj, TVS, Hero, Yamaha etc
- Test rides: Coordinate and accompany customers on test rides, address concerns on the spot
- Finance support: Explain loan/EMI process, help with documentation for bank finance
- Targets: Achieve monthly sales numbers set by the dealer
Key Skills
- Good communication in Assamese, Hindi, and basic English for Guwahati market
- Basic knowledge of bike specs: engine CC, mileage, features
- Friendly attitude, since people often take time to decide on a bike
Requirements
- 10th pass minimum.
- 2-wheeler license preferred
- Prior auto sales or retail experience is a plus, freshers are often trained in-house
- Willing to work weekends and festive season when footfall is highest
Pay structure
Usually base salary + bonus for accessories.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
