Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations for Coffee Culture outlets, ensuring timely procurement, inventory optimization, vendor management, logistics coordination, and cost control while maintaining quality standards across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels across stores and warehouses to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery to all outlets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards.
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports on inventory, costs, and supplier performance.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Store teams to forecast demand and plan stock requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management, preferably in the QSR, café, hospitality, or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, vendor management, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Inventory accuracy and stock availability.
- Reduction in procurement and logistics costs.
- On-time delivery performance.
- Vendor performance and compliance.
- Reduction in wastage and stock losses.
Reporting To: Head of Operations / Director Operations
This role is ideal for a professional who can ensure smooth supply chain operations, optimize costs, and support the growth of Coffee Culture's existing and upcoming outlets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
