Job Summary:
We are looking for an AMC Engineer for Passive Networking to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support activities related to structured cabling and passive network infrastructure. The candidate should have knowledge of LAN cabling, rack management, patching, and coordination with clients for smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of structured cabling systems (Cat6, Cat6A, Fiber Optic, etc.)
- Rack dressing, cable routing, labeling, and cable management
- Handling patching and network point testing
- Troubleshooting passive network issues and rectifying faults
- Coordination with client IT teams during AMC support activities
- Maintenance of documentation related to cabling and network layouts
- Support during network migration, shifting, and consolidation activities
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards at site
- Performing preventive maintenance as per AMC schedule
- Escalating major issues to the reporting manager on time
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN passive networking
- Understanding of Fiber Optic and Copper Cabling
- Basic knowledge of network racks, patch panels, and switches
- Familiarity with Fluke testing and labeling standards
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently at client locations
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI / Certification in Networking, Hardware, or Electronics
- CCNA or Networking certification will be an added advantage
Preferred Requirements:
- Ready to travel for onsite support
- Flexible to work during weekends or maintenance windows
- Experience in handling AMC projects for corporate clients
Salary:
As per company standards and experience.

Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
