Admin Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (On site)
Experience: 1-4 years
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office administration and daily operational activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Handle courier, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
- Monitor housekeeping and office maintenance activities.
- Support HR and accounts-related administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
- Maintain employee attendance and office discipline records.
- Ensure proper maintenance of company assets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
