We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own Avaali’s social media presence end-to-end — fromstrategy and content calendar to asset creation, publishing, and performance reporting. This is a handson role for someone who can think strategically about B2B audience growth while also beingcomfortable designing a post, writing a caption, and replying to a comment within the same day.
You’ll work closely with the marketing and content team to translate Avaali’s full product and serviceportfolio - Velocious, Avagama.AI, Quantum Clean, Acurec etc alongside service lines like APAutomation, Digital Workplace, Information Lifecycle Management (Archiving), Master DataManagement, CLM, and Intelligent Automation and thought leadership content (Echelon by Avaali, AIThat Pays newsletter, etc.) into a consistent, growing, and engaged social presence — primarily onLinkedIn, with scope across other relevant platforms.

Strategy & Planning:
Build and own the quarterly and monthly social media strategy acrossLinkedIn (primary) and other relevant platforms (X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook),aligned to Avaali’s broader marketing and demand generation goals across both product lines(Velocious, Avagama.AI, Quantum Clean, Acurec) and service lines (AP Automation, DigitalWorkplace, ILM/Archiving, MDM, CLM, Intelligent Automation) -
Content Calendar:
Plan and maintain a structured weekly/monthly content calendar covering product updates, service-line spotlights, thought leadership, customer stories, employee advocacy, event/webinar promotion, and industry commentary -
Content Writing:
Write and publish engaging, on-brand captions and posts that reflect Avaali’s positioning across its products (Velocious, Avagama.AI, Quantum Clean, Acurec) and services(AP Automation, Digital Workplace, ILM, MDM, CLM, Intelligent Automation), grounded in real customer outcomes and industry context rather than generic feature messaging -
Earned Visibility & Customer Voice:
Build Avaali's share of voice across media and social by growing the number of organic, third-party mentions of Avaali and its full portfolio — productsand service lines alike — beyond what the brand itself publishes. This means pursuing press and industry coverage, and encouraging customers to speak publicly about their experience, so that Avaali's presence in the market is reinforced by outside voices, not just owned channels. -
Technical Fluency:
Develop working fluency across Avaali’s product and service portfolio(S2P/AP Automation, AI decision intelligence, data quality/MDM, document/contract lifecycle management, ILM/Archiving, Intelligent Automation) sufficient to write accurate, specific copy without relying on generic SaaS language -
Follower Growth:
Grow Avaali’s and key leadership profiles’ (e.g., CEO) follower base throughorganic tactics, targeted engagement, hashtag/keyword strategy, and platform best practices -
Engagement & Community:
Proactively engage with target accounts, industry communities,analysts, and partners; respond to comments and messages promptly to build community anddrive inbound interest -
Employee Advocacy:
Draft and coordinate authentic engagement (comments, shares) fromleadership and employees to extend organic reach• Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on follower growth, reach, engagement rate, clickthroughs, and lead/MQL contribution from social — by product and service line where possible— with monthly performance summaries and actionable recommendations -
Content Repurposing:
Repurpose long-form content (blogs, webinars, case studies) fromEchelon and the broader content team into bite-sized, platform-native social formats -
Trend & Competitive Tracking:
Keep a pulse on social media trends, platform algorithmchanges, and competitor activity (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, Jaggaer, and relevantOpenText/MDM/CLM ecosystem players) to keep Avaali’s presence current and competitive -
Campaign Support:
Plan and execute organic social support for product/service launches,webinars, events, and campaigns (e.g., newsletter issues, SAP Store listings)

5+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, with demonstrable growthin followers and engagement; B2B/SaaS/enterprise tech experience strongly preferred

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across formal thought leadership andconversational community engagement

Comfort learning and writing about technical/enterprise software concepts (procurement, AI,data management, document/contract management, automation) accurately enough to engagecredibly with industry and customer audiences

Understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm and organic growth levers specific to B2B audiences

Basic video editing skills for short-form content is a strong plus
