Assess, categorize, and prioritize arriving patients based on clinical urgency.
Provide immediate medical management to stabilize critically ill or trauma patients.
Identify, initiate, and maintain precise documentation for all MLC admissions according to legal guidelines.
Provide continuous supervision and bedside tracking for critically ill patients in the ICU.
Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the shift to give/take structured clinical handovers to ensure zero gaps in patient cover
Write clear, legible, and accurate patient history sheets, admission notes, treatment charts, and progress notes.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
