Job Summary
Integrate360 Media LLP is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales for our software development and IT services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, acquiring new clients, and closing software development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and approach potential clients for software development and IT services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Software Sales.
- Proven experience in selling custom software development or IT services.
- Strong knowledge of Web Development, Mobile App Development, ERP, CRM, SaaS, AI, and Cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
