Key responsibilities
- Product Management: Coach team on Product ownership and be the Go To person on all SME related query resolution using GenAI tools
- GenAI Tooling: Usage of GenAI tools for doing requirements research, story writing and Product Design/GTM
- Facilitate Scrum events: Lead and ensure the smooth execution of all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Coach the team: Mentor and coach the development team on using Agile practices and Scrum principles to deliver high-quality products.
- Remove impediments: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and protect the team from external interruptions.
- Promote continuous improvement: Encourage the team to identify areas for growth and help them implement improvements.
- Support the Product Owner: Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-managed and prioritized.
- Foster a collaborative environment: Help build a productive and self-organizing environment where team members feel ownership of their work.
Management Trainee in the new world driven by AI. The role involves applying acquired knowledge with available CodlessAI Software Application Design Studio into a full fledged application. The training involves researching the process, use various AI tools to build AI Enabled Software application that automates the process under consideration between 60-80% and work on partnering with providers for the remaining services for effective end-to-end solution for the area under consideration. Below are the areas:
- Task Management & Ticketing Creating tasks, tracking activities and managing projects, ticket creation, resolution & closure
- Software Product Development for the above related Processes
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
- Fair understanding of AI and ML technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Additional Information:
- 6 months' training @ 7500/-pm Stipend
- 15000/-pm and above upon confirmation and based on performance, plus additional quarterly performance bonus.
- 3 Months interim review for exceptional performers and early confirmation
- Work Location: In person at Thane
- Only Mumbai/Thane candidates will be preferred
- 1-3% sweat equity in the Software App developed for Agile PM
