Madhusudha Infra is a growing real estate company specializing in plot development, layout marketing, and property investment opportunities in and around Nagpur. We are looking for dynamic and passionate Sales Executives to join our team and grow with us.
We are hiring enthusiastic Sales Executives for plot and layout sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, generating leads, and closing sales deals.
Candidates with strong communication skills and interest in real estate sales are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads through calling, references, social media, and field marketing
Attend customer inquiries and explain project details
Conduct plot site visits with customers
Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and CRM team
Maintain daily sales reports and customer database
Build long-term customer relationships
Explain pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Minimum 12th Pass
Graduate preferred
Experience
Freshers can apply
Experience in real estate or field sales preferred
Skills Required
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of real estate sales
