Achieve Sales Targets. Recruit, train and develop Field Sales Officer. Provide on the spot relevant solutions to customers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage team as a profitable business with focus on sales, associated costs and quality of generated business.
- Develop deep knowledge of local market and customer requirements.
- Uphold organizational values and business ethics.
- Help team members achieve their business goals through hand holding and coaching.
- Plan and lead any required training sessions to help develop Field Sales Officer under him/her.
- Ensure the following: 1) High standards of discipline 2) Management of sales process 3) High degree of engagement in the team.
