Business Development Executive
Elivaas is hiring a Business Development Executive for its fastest-growing segment. The role involves engaging with customers, explaining the facilities and experiences available at Elivaas properties, and driving conversions from stay bookings to curated experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs.
- Communicate property facilities, amenities, and experience offerings effectively.
- Promote and upsell experiences and additional services.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Achieve sales and conversion targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Sales and customer-centric mindset.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
