Job Summary
The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, café, or any assigned food and beverage outlet within the property. The role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient service delivery, revenue maximization, team management, cost control, and adherence to brand and hospitality standards.
The Outlet Manager will lead the outlet team to provide a memorable dining experience while maintaining operational excellence and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all service periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Maintain 5-star service standards and guest experience at all times.
- Monitor service quality, presentation standards, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of the outlet to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Guest Relations
- Welcome and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Build strong guest relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure all VIP guests receive personalized service.
Revenue & Sales Management
- Achieve outlet revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Drive sales through upselling and promotional activities.
- Monitor average spend per guest and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outlet promotions and events.
- Analyze sales reports and prepare action plans to improve performance.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and develop outlet staff.
- Conduct departmental briefings before each shift.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staffing levels.
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Financial & Cost Control
- Manage outlet budgets and operating expenses.
- Monitor food and beverage costs.
- Control wastage and prevent losses.
- Verify daily sales reports and cash handling procedures.
- Conduct inventory checks and stock control.
- Ensure accurate billing and revenue reporting.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular audits of service quality and cleanliness.
- Ensure staff grooming and appearance meet luxury hospitality standards.
- Monitor health and safety compliance.
Inventory & Procurement
- Monitor stock levels and place requisitions as required.
- Coordinate with stores and purchasing departments.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage items.
- Conduct monthly inventory and stock reconciliation.
Events & Special Functions
- Coordinate private events, banquets, and special dining experiences.
- Ensure successful execution of promotions and themed events.
- Work closely with guests and event organizers to meet expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Certifications in Food Safety and Hospitality Operations are preferred.
Experience Required
- 5–8 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Outlet Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Experience in luxury hospitality operations preferred.

Salary Range
As per company standards, experience, and property classification.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
