Job Summary
The Muay Thai Coach is responsible for training and guiding members in Muay Thai techniques, fitness conditioning, self-defense, and combat skills. The coach will conduct individual and group training sessions, ensure safe practice standards, and help members improve their physical fitness, discipline, and martial arts performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Coaching
- Conduct Muay Thai training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced members.
- Teach proper striking techniques including punches, kicks, elbows, knees, footwork, and defensive movements.
- Develop structured training programs based on fitness and skill levels.
- Conduct pad work, sparring sessions, and technique drills.
Fitness & Conditioning
- Guide members in strength, endurance, flexibility, and conditioning exercises.
- Ensure proper warm-up, cool-down, and injury prevention practices.
- Monitor fitness progress and physical performance of trainees.
Member Engagement
- Motivate and support members to achieve fitness and martial arts goals.
- Build positive relationships with clients and maintain high member satisfaction.
- Encourage discipline, respect, and sportsmanship during training.
Safety & Discipline
- Ensure all training sessions are conducted safely and professionally.
- Supervise sparring sessions and ensure proper use of protective equipment.
- Handle emergency situations and provide basic first aid if required.
Competition & Event Preparation
- Prepare fighters and athletes for competitions and sparring events.
- Organize workshops, demonstrations, and internal tournaments.
- Support grading and skill evaluation activities when applicable.
Facility & Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of training areas.
- Maintain and monitor Muay Thai equipment such as pads, gloves, bags, and protective gear.
- Report damaged equipment or safety concerns to management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
