Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery collections.
- Explain product features, designs, purity, pricing, and ongoing offers confidently.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and maintained as per showroom standards.
- Assist in stock handling, inventory checks, and daily showroom operations.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Sales Trainee
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Age: 18–25 years.
Junior Sales Executive
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Age: 20–30 years.
Senior Sales Executive
- Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry sales.
- Age: 20–35 years.
Educational Qualification
- HSC (+2), ITI, or Diploma.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Good presentation and grooming standards.
- Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.
Language Requirement
- Tamil proficiency is mandatory.
- Basic English communication is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
