Position: E-commerce Ads Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing advertising campaigns and product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should be skilled in optimizing ad performance, improving product visibility, and driving sales growth through effective marketplace management.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Advertising
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Handle Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Flipkart Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and targeting.
- Analyze advertising metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, impressions, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Product Listing Management
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Write SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
- Ensure listing content is accurate, complete, and compliant with marketplace guidelines.
- Manage listing variations, attributes, images, and catalog updates.
- Improve organic ranking through listing optimization and keyword strategies.
Marketplace Operations
- Monitor product performance, inventory status, and Buy Box performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates, promotions, and product launches.
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Resolve listing suppression issues and marketplace-related challenges.
- Support sales growth through strategic advertising and listing improvements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon and Flipkart marketplace management.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising and Flipkart Ads.
- Experience in listing creation, catalog management, and SEO optimization.
- Understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and marketplace analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools and marketplace SEO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling multiple brands or product categories.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Understanding of inventory management and marketplace compliance.
- Experience in launching and scaling e-commerce advertising campaigns.
